JustClub Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of JustClub, operated by Rajaganapathy Kamalakannan. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscriptions & Free Trial

JustClub provides a 15-day free trial. Paid subscriptions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹) on a monthly, quarterly, or annual recurring basis as selected by the user.

2. Permitted Use

Subscribers may use JustClub to manage physical sports clubs, cue-sports parlors, gaming lounges, and attached canteens. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.

3. Service Level & Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever feasible.
